Vacation rentals in a respectful & responsible spirit :

We remind you that the rentals are non-smoking and do not accept animals.

The rentals are at your disposal after cleaning, please keep them clean.

Mandatory cleaning carried out either by you for the day of your departure,
or by a cleaning service that you must book upon arrival and which will carry it out on Friday, the day before your departure ; 
Please store your belongings and keep your valuables safe.

Security deposit in cash to be given upon arrival : Villa Saint Michel : €500 /  apartment : €300 .

Invoicing if damage or cleanliness not respected at check out.
Services fees : €250 Villa/ €150 apartment
Tourist tax 4.4%

Cleaning fee services booked : €250 charged for the Villa / €150 for the apartments

Bed linen €150 and towels €120 on request in addition for the Villa.

Bed linen €125 and towels €115 on request in addition for the apartments.

Any damage, stained linen or towels will be charged at the purchase/replacement price.

 

Sand and stones remain outside the villa.

Please do not throw food or stones or any waste outside.

Please report any breakage or damage.

Please put the furniture back in its place.

Liquid soap, toilet paper, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are at your disposal.

Bins are at your disposal to sort waste and a composter near the oak tree, please use them and empty them before your departure in the containers corresponding to the gate, except glass and bottles to be put in the containers located in the village, there are some near the beach next to the Filosorma hotel.

The black container is for non-recyclable garbage bags, the yellow is for cardboard and plastic packaging, aluminum, and the blue bin for paper.

Please communicate the approximate time of your arrival the day before, confirm it to us 30 minutes the same day before your arrival and close the gate properly each time you use it to prevent cows from entering.

PS: Dear guests, the majority of you leave our property spotless and we thank you for this mark of respect, from now on any damage will be brought to the attention of our booking partners in order to preserve the quality of reception of our guests, and the costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
